When you contact us

We use the name, email, and project information you provide to respond to your inquiry. Our website uses Resend for email and may sync project inquiries to HubSpot for follow-up.

When you subscribe

Subscribing to The Ease Drop adds your email to our newsletter list. We use Resend to manage subscriptions and may sync your subscription source and interests to Brevo. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Downloading a free resource alone does not subscribe you.

Website measurement

We use aggregate click events to understand which resources and links are useful. These events do not set a persistent visitor identifier or connect your later browsing to your newsletter email. Our event and subscription endpoints clear the identification cookies used by an earlier version of this site.

Answers to the connected-store self-assessment stay in the page. We measure completion of the assessment, not the individual answers.

Other services

Booking links open our Brevo scheduling page. Links to partners and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Website hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services.
